Dieffenbachia are beautiful indoor houseplants that come in many different colors and patterns.
Lighting: This plant can tolerate from 3-4 hours of direct sunlight touching the foliage. What this means, is this is a lower light tolerant plant, but will do much better in a bright indirect lighting situation. To maintain the plant's size, a minimum of 100 FC is required, but for good growth, you want around 400 FC.
Watering: This plant likes to dry out at least 1/2 of the way between waterings. It can tolerate drying most of the way out, but the leaves will droop and quickly yellow when it is thirsty. Try to avoid getting to the completely droopy stage.
